Title: Court forms precedents and pleadings
About: There are two parts to this work, a general part (Volume 1) and a specific part (Volumes 2 and 3). The general part covers the whole ambit of litigation in the Supreme Court. It would be possible for a practitioner to read Volume 1 and then develop precedents for use in any particular type of litigation. However, many particular branches of litigation have their own particular problems and the material in Volumes 2 and 3 is directed to this purpose. Volume 1 contains material on the conduct of proceedings generally, statements of claim and affidavits and motions and basic pleadings.
