Administrative Appeals Tribunal
From 1 July 2015, the Migration Review Tribunal, Refugee Review Tribunal and Social Security Appeals Tribunal were merged with the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT). The AAT can review Centrelink decisions, child support decisions, migration and refugee decisions as well as decisions about Australian citizenship, Commonwealth workers' compensation, freedom of information, the National Disability Insurance Scheme, taxation, and veterans' pensions.
